cat checkers
I have repeatedly observed an interesting feline feature to gather in large silent companies, when they are concentrated, as if waiting for something, they sit and watch ...
One day these cat get-togethers suddenly reminded me of a game of checkers. What just caught my eye was a group of red cats, one after another “diluted” with white ones and sitting in several broken lines “facing” each other. The cats silently crawled to new places, intently playing the game they were the only one leading. A Cat sat in the center of an imaginary board. Precisely with a capital letter. Because this time, all the attention of the cat community was turned to her. With what aristocracy she tidied up her already impeccable wool, how she did not notice the glances directed at her - one could learn from human aristocrats. However, one of the young “players” could not resist, came too close - and immediately, unaristocratically, received a paw on the nose. The most surprising thing is that the other cats didn’t pay any attention to it at all.
It was so interesting to see how this game would end. But a random passer-by, clearly drunk, decided to walk straight through the “battle formations” and scared away the whole company. How the checkers were swept off the board, the cats splashed in different directions and the outcome of the game remained unclear.
